During the winter maintenance period, our team conducted a comprehensive replacement of the vessel’s propeller. Prior to the replacement, a detailed feasibility study and evaluation of various custom-designed propeller solutions were performed to identify the best option for reducing subtle vibrations present at certain engine speeds. The original propeller generated minor vibrations that, although not severely detrimental, when improved, noticeably enhanced the smoothness and quietness of the vessel’s navigation.
By installing a precisely engineered replacement, we successfully improved the sailing experience, contributing to a more pleasant and comfortable journey for passengers. This upgrade also brought long-term benefits such as fuel efficiency improvements, reduced engine strain, and lower likelihood of future maintenance interruptions.
The project was completed on time within the planned maintenance window, delivering immediate benefits in onboard comfort and vessel reliability.
